  • Is a reservation required?
    Yes. By internet or telephone 04.86.57.26.22. For bookings for the same day, please call directly your driver on 06.09.73.90.67
  • May I cancel a reservation?
    You may cancel a reservation without any fee up to 24h before your appointment time with your valet. After this delay, a 45€ cancellation fee will apply.
  • What if my return flight is late?
    Don't worry, all of our customer's flights are checked in real time, so your car will be waiting for you upon your arrival as scheduled ( 5 minutes after your call on our driver line) without any supplementary charge, even if your flight is late !
  • What if I missed my return flight or change it?
    You must immediately let us know by phone 04 86 57 26 22 or on our driver line if you return in less than 6 hours (0609739067) and give us your new flight details. If the changes are made with less than 1h30mn notice before the initial arrival time, a 45,00 € fee will apply, added to the regular charge you would have paid.
  • May I reserve your service without giving you my credit card number?
    No.Your credit card number is absolutely necessary to confirm your reservation, even if you choose to pay cash, by check or by bank transfer. However, you may give us that number by phone if you are not comfortable to do it on our internet site.
  • When must I pay?
    If you choose to pay by credit card, the payment is charged on your credit card anytime between your departure date from Nice and your return date in Nice. If you choose another method of payment, it must be received at least 2 days before your departing date from Nice.
  • Is your service available 24h a day and 7days a week?
    Yes, our valets operate 24h a day and 7 days a week. As soon as a reservation is confirmed with a reservation number, our valet will take care of your car as scheduled.
  • What if my car is damaged by your fault when I return?
    If, despite the great professionalism of our drivers, your car is damaged upon your return (the voucher signed upon departure will be taken into account), be confident : your car is fully insured and any damage will be at our charge without any claim to your insurance.
  • Do you have special rates for frequent travellers?

  • I do a lot of professional trips ; can my company open an account with you and be invoiced directly?
